spectacular, a shocker not really waht I was expecting with two of the most beefy hotest men of Hawkeye they are BI SEXUAL and include a Female co-worker who has been under cover as a therapist taking care of wolf but she is really there for his protection, Wolf super hot guy sleeps in the buff, every inch of him... and she happens to be in his house so when he walks down the hall cock half erect and sees this she is well craving a little wolf... Then Nate shows up to also protect Wolf, He gets...more
Danger Zone is a fast-paced mmf menage / BDSM novella with a tiny hint of a suspense plot. I didn't really miss there being more suspense though. The dom, Wolf Stone, has a silly name, a silly ponytail and is too reluctant to be in a relationship for my taste. He makes up for this by being a very hot alpha dom. And his reluctance is neceassry to keep the story from being purely a PWP. The two subs, Nate and Kayla, are adorable together, with Wolf separately and in threesome scenes. They made the...more
Meh. I felt like I read half of a book. I actually checked to make sure that I hadn't started in the middle of a series or something. Just way too little background information given on Wolf, Kayla and Nate. The way that they all called each other by their last names, even in intimate situations, seemed rather impersonal. The menage scenes were not very detailed and seemed very impersonal. The characters just didn't seem to know each other very well (even Wolf and Nate who had been D/s for three...more
2.5 stars. I picked this up because of her shorts in the Doms of Dark Haven books with Cherise Sinclair. I didn't like this as much. First of all, there was an ongoing relationship between the two men that made me feel like I missed the book before this (though this was the first in a series). Secondly, while I enjoy books with a m/m/f theme, this story has taught me that I don't enjoy the parts that are m/m. With all three of them together, it was hot, but I never got to feel like I got to know...more
I liked it but it didn't feel like a book one to me. Too much that I felt like I didn't know what was before these characters came together. But it was hot.
I am really upset about this book in part because I spent around $7 for an 88 page story. Had I realized how short the book was, I would not have purchased it. But what makes me even more upset is that the plot (which was quite interesting) would have been much better served in maybe a 30 page short story rather than the 88 pages it encompassed. In fairness, I've read a couple Sierra Cartwright stories in the past and really enjoyed them but this is one story I could have skipped.
I really liked this book and want to give it more than 3 stars, but it didn't feel like a book 1 to me, I felt like I had missed out on Wolf & Nate's past story and even though the emotional ties were explored the background of the characters and their link was missing. That aside though I've got to say this book is very hot; a Dom with both a female and a male Sub...uhm...NICE!!!
Some hot D/s in this MMF and a strong suspense story to carry it, but Cartwright's Dom's always seem to just miss the line to making them human. They feel cold. Wolf and Nate's story was years in the making, but Kayla just seemed too fast an addition to the emotional grouping. I get her as a physical third, but not invested emotionally.
Sexy strong baddass ex-military heros and heroine. A happy ending, and scorching sex scenes. mmmmmm
A good combination of BDSM for beginners and some more hardcore scenes including CBT. All in all a pretty hot read that makes me want to read more in the series. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that this felt like we came in sometime after the start of the story, and a little more history and background for the characters would have been appreciated.
I really liked the story and the steamy sex between the three characters. Only thing I would have liked is a bit more feelings and romance. I really disliked that wolf and Nate kept saying their second names all way through book. Making it like they were talking to strangers. Good action and HEA in end.
Too short of a read for me but nicely done
