I have always revered dragons (don't we all?); thus, it ultimately gave me the greatest satisfaction when I finally obtained a copy of this book.
However, upon reading and savoring the tales here, I find myself not only reliving all over again the sense of wonder that the thought of dragons have always given me, but also being reminded of the great Filipino tales that have be passed on through generations (but have sadly been brushed aside due to modernity and, well, colonial mentality).
