This is a nice story, very similar to the first traveling pants book. Ann Brashares writes well, especially for a young adult fiction writer. These books are worthwhile if you like young adult fiction that isn’t very heavy. Kind of a nice break without dropping down to the level of a vapid romance novel.

Ok, so I think this series is just ok. I like the coming of age stories of each of the girls. I also like that they're nice easy reads, easy to put down when you are being paged by little ones. I think that each one starts out a little slow but picks up nicely a fourth of the way in to the book, and I always enjoy the endings.

I really liked continuing the story. A sequel to the Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. It showed how things can change and how we deal with them differently. It shows how ourour choices can be for better of worse. Love the little bits of romance!

The second in the series, passed them on to my elderly mum to read who thoroughly enjoyed them too. Great light hearted christmas reading.

A light quick read. It is definitely for teens. I will be sending this on as a relay and not adding it to my classroom library. There is nothing explicit, but it may cause friction.

I the "Pants" books because many of my students at work were raving about them. They were cute and appropriate for the middle & high school students.
