I prefer Sisson's and Meier's Primal Blueprint Cookbook, but this one has some good ideas as well. I don't know if it is Landolphi's background as a chef, or the fact that I'm still not 100% confident and familiar with some dishes like the ones I've been making for years (since I've only made them a handful of times as opposed to dozens of times), but I feel like some of the recipes in this book are a bit high maintenance and time consuming. Since going wheat-free I have been looking for recipes that are just as good as the originals. This cookbook is amazing! And the author/chef is from UConn. ;-)
