I really love the philosophical and folklore aspects from xxxHOLiC, and this book covers them well (although I would have loved some more background on the existing creatures that appear). We also get a very detailed analysis of Yûko's dresses, which is completely over the top and a very enjoyable read, and I think also helpful for costume makers. Throw in the colour spreads in the beginning, and you have a wonderful book for the xxxHOLiC/CLAMP fans.
This was originally written in Japanese in 2006, and just last year the official English translation was published. This unfortunately means only the earlier volumes of xxxHoLiC are covered, and I have a lot of questions about the later volumes! And I wish I could remember all her great quotes, too.

This will be a hit with fans of the series. There is an absolutely hysterical section about Yuuko's dresses and a really interesting interview between Hirohiko Araki and Tsubaki Nekoi.
