This is probably my most least liked arc, next to the Skypiea arc. Most of the fights were pretty boring. The only one I liked was Usopp's fight. He showed great bravery and managed to think clearly even though he was afraid. I liked how he was the only one who could beat that zombie girl.

The only other interesting fight was the crew against Oz. Now, that he has become an obedient zombie, nearly the whole crew is defeated. Though, their defeat wasn't really all that tense. Sure they were beaten

A solid step back up in quality for the series, though the zombie island storyline is still the least exciting for a while. The tedious rules and details of shadow possession take a back seat to a bunch of entertaining scraps. Given some of the extended duels we've had recently, the crew's solo battles with Gecko Moria's henchmonsters are satisfyingly brief, while still inventive (Usopp gets a particularly good one). Even better, there's the first good team battle for a while, against giant zomb ...more

For me, One Piece is best Manga ever written. The story always touch my heart, it is a combination of faithful friendship, laughter, loyalty and action.
Some people might find this manga as silly and pointless (I’ve heard this before) but they never truly read the Manga and therefore judging it simply from the cover. I’ve been in that position too…and thank God I finally looked beyond the cover and found the greatest adventure any Mangaka ever written.

Last of the back issues I've bought. I'm skipping to the current isssues 61-65+ as it's too difficult to wait for current printings. I'm borrowing a dozen volumes from Ryan, so I won't be lost.

Vol 1-46 are in third or more printings. Vol 48-60 have had second printings, but are hard to find. Vol 61+ have had large enough print runs. As of Fall 2012. I sympathize that it's hard to keep that amount of stuff current, but I can't wait and the frustration of not finding the issues that I need when I

I have read this volume in the few days after my Ella was born.. It was entertaining and fast paced. It helped me overcome the pain and occupied my long nights I was awake because my child was crying.

Oh, Cindry-chan.
As Moria's insertion of Luffy's shadow into Oars goes somewhat awry, the members of Luffy's crew set to rescuing Nami and Brooks. This is full of great scenes, especially Usopp's face-off against Perona and has a bunch of references to other Oda works which make it all the more rewarding. Another great volume.

I love Usopp in this volume. I'm finding myself saying that more and more, and I'm so glad that we get to see more of Usopp showing off his skills.

The best volume of the Thriller Bark saga so far.

Poor, Sanji. It's the end of his dream. At least Usopp had his finest hour.
