Pretty much the book of my heart right now. If you're someone who's into political rhetoric or copyright, this is a shockingly easy read. You really needn't have any knowledge of law.

Excellent exposition of how the entrenched copyright owners work to kill innovation, both in technology and business models. Very accessible, for a book on copyright law!

A smart critique - and evisceration - of the rhetoric of the intermediary industries as it pertains to US copyright policy.

The senior copyright adviser of Google explains the current state of copyrights. It's a horrible mess. Copyrights are meant for the public good, not to stifle innovation.

Really strong core arguments, wrapped in a lot of off-putting invective.
