My husband
I read this book a few years ago!! ok, possibly more than a few years.
As I like to read biographys my husband (now retired MP officer) suggested that I might find it interesting as Roy, was a Senior Officer to him and had worked! together! (I know my husband was only ever a PC).
However, I work within an accounts environment and believe wholly in Roy's ABC
The ABC is something that I feel should be used to address every situation within the workplace and at home.
