I read this book after my dad died because I was desperately seeking some validation that I was behaving normally. I read it in about 2-3 hours and it meant so much to me. When you are grieving you have difficulty taking in a lot of information and this book takes a lot of information and puts it into bite size pieces that are succinct yet powerful. I could really use any help right now and this had some good clear practical words of wisdom. The cover and title are a little atrocious - but I read it on my Kindle so I didn't really have to deal with that. I also liked that it didn't come off particularly self-help-y, it was more like a conversation with a friend.
