"Parking Lot Hero" is a scene in the lives of a modern day superhero and his lover. "VR Palace" is set in a future that blurs the line between virtual and real. "The Bard's Song" will appea...more

The Review:

Honesty from the outset~

Granted this collection of short stories is all the work of the same author; however, the standard line still does apply... I have a love/hate relationship with anthologies. While Snyder is a prolific writer, I find her edgier stories truly innovative and thoroughly enjoyed each one in...more

PARKING LOT HEREO 4-25-11: This short story takes place between the ‘Two Pillars Position’ and the ‘Clasping Position’. But, they don’t meet for the first time until the ‘Hammock Position’. However, the Super Bowl is clearly before Valentine’s Day. So do like me and ignore it and enjoy the hilarious adventure that’ll finally tell of Vic using his powers in public...more

This is a great book all of the different stories are well developed and interesting. Normally I would write a longer review but this is a book that truly stands on it's own merit.
