It's fantastic having so many Richard Matheson books on kindle. Camp Pleasant is a study of interaction and how we subtly change each other. This is a typical example of why he is such a great writer. It's involving and remembers us as kids in summer camp, starting with little moments, settling in. He paints it in sure strokes.
