Have you ever been in a relationship that started out fairly normal but then erupted into massive drama? That is the story of Ethan Lederer. The book Caught in the Act by Peter Moore follows high school sophomore Ethan. Ethan is a good kid. He's smart, works hard to get good grades, stays out of trouble, has a great girl-friend, Jane, and loves acting. Everything was running smoothly until he met Lydia. Lydia transferred in from another school. She dresses in black and cartoon t-shirts, has writ

YA Fiction Meets the PG-13 Version of Fatal Attraction. That’s basically what happens to Ethan Lederer, a good kid with a good reputation, when he falls for the new girl all dressed in black. As Ethan puts it, he was doomed from the minute he first laid eyes on Lydia Krane, and it doesn’t take long for him to be captivated by her Carebears t-shirts, Goth clothing, and black dyed hair. But more than that, Lydia understands him in a way no one else does, or so he thinks. She is also the only p

This was an amazing brain busting book. The ending was incredible and totally not expected. The whole book made you think about what was going on. It was very suspenseful throughout the book. There were parts where I just couldn't put it down even to eat. The beginning of the book was kind of boring but once you get deeper into the book you find the true greatness of it.

This book was okay. I liked the relationship between the main character, Ethan and his siter, although, I do not think normal siblings act like that with each other. I liked the storyline, but it tended to get boring and repeat itself.

The story of Macbeth is taken to a whole new level when it's lived through teenagers. A boy makes the mistake of falling in love with the wrong girl, he ends up having to fight for his grade, his innocence, and his life.

High School! It's always so much drama, either on or off of the stage. Working in a high school lets me confirm this 100%!!!! Actually, this was a quick read - and the moral is Be Yourself! While trying to be everyone and everything that YOU think others want you to be only makes you lose yourself. Add trying to keep up with good grades, friends and extra-curricular activities causes burn out in the worst way. Add a stalker who is also mentally ill and then you're really in trouble. This

This book was great... though mature, it was a great tale of love, passion, acting, and revenge.

CREEPY. REALLY CREEPY.
But really good.
I read in one afternoon, and I was totally hooked from beginning to end. And the end is...it was unbefreakinglievable. So intense, so fast-paced, so creepy, so unexpected. My GOD. Wow. Yeah. I read it more than a year ago, and I still remember how intense the end was. I think I had a nightmare about it the night I read it.
So yeah. It's really good.
Good day everyone!

This book is priceless. Suspense throughout, and a potent ending make this book unforgettable. When it ended I was upset, I wanted the suspense to continue. Some people consider it a rip-off of Romeo and Juliet, but never fear. Romeo and Juliet is nothing compared to this :)

Ethan is charming and a good boy, but he meets a bad girl, and he has to find his way back home. I like the way the story is written. Teens like this book as well.

This book was really good. I loved it because the main characters were so original. It was up there with Harry Potter, BDB, and Impossible.
