A great book to start learning the residential real estate business. Worth reading. He defines a lot of what he is talking about well.

Recommends it for:
anyone who wants an overview of real estate investing.
Its a great overview of its namesake, "Buy, Rent, and Sell". Hopefully its also accurate because its the only book on the subject I've read.
Anyway it seems sound, I definitely recommend it as a starter read to understanding the real estate market in terms of investment.
