If I understand rightly, the goal for this book is to observe. To see the image on the left page and make connections to the image on the right page. Which is cool. It lets you hone in on what gives an image meaning and what elements: shading, color, stroke, express the tone. Except most of the drawings are creepy, cause Milton Glaser...
