I don't like malt liquor, but Rules for Drinking 40s?--heady liquid. Proof: "Indignant Puppies" is one of the best poems ever written. A few stanzas from:
Teach the puppies bite inhibition
then act all indignant
and teach that no business should look to their flattened ears
We teach them we need to zap human beings if the need arises
here is your need
it's a sidebar of me chucking puppies off cliffs
now you will claim to be indignant...
