This book is an excellent addition to my cookbook library. What makes this one different? Well for starters there are useful looking recipes for using leftovers including a breakfast hash and a variety of soups and an excellent looking turkey enchiladas recipe. I also like that there are a good mix of recipes for the turkey itself including instructions for butterflying a turkey (which I have not seen instructions for previously), grilling a turkey and making a turkey breast. It seems silly to mark this as "read". This a great cookbook. A wonderful spicy cornbread recipe and apple raisin pie to die for. I checked it out from the library and will be purchasing one. Can't wait to explore other recipes soon.
