4 stars – Romantic Suspense/Erotica/BDSM
If I was to rate this simply for the heat factor and frequent and explicit sex scenes, then it would earn a solid, high five stars because it’s off the charts hot and intensely erotic. Unfortunately, other aspects of the book weren’t as strong or compelling, which is disappointing because it had the promise and makings of a really intriguing and gripping erotic romantic suspense read, and I wanted to love it. After reading Full Exposure, I ha...more

The heroine is a detective with the NOPD and is investigating a string of brutal rape/murders.The H is a Hollywood producer who is in NO to see if he can finally come to terms with his own sister's rape and murder from 7 years ago and is wanting the h to help him.He has not told her of his past as yet. They have a one night stand after they meet in a bar, and it was smoking! This book was riviting and erotic, the murder scenes were gristly. After awhile i did figure out who the murderer was ,but the...more
I shocking liked this book more than I thought I would. I have to say that it was more erotica than romance because sex shouldn't be the way that you know you love someone. Seriously sometimes conversation is important too. I liked the portrayal of restraint, submission, and control. I have to confess that I never thought that such a thing would get me going but it did. I had such issues with it as well. I mean the hero is an ass, at least he is to me. I mean being controlling and domineer...more

This book just never really clicked for me. I wanted to like it and I thought that it had a lot of potential, but the story seemed to be overwhelmed by all the sex. I felt like there was a lot left to be desired when it came to the romance.
Summary:
Genevieve Delacroix is the only female in her squad and has to constantly fight that stigma. But she's a good homicide detective and is dedicated to her job. Which is why she is so determined to prove th...more

I liked the story okay, but clearly I am not a fan of erotic suspense. It seems strange to me to be having all that hot sex (oh and it was hot!) in the midst of investigating a serial killer who is also stalking you. I mean...I just don't get that. So I think for me, while I like Tracy's voice and again the lovin' was awesome...I am just not that into the suspense stuff.
I liked this one though I read it after Tease Me, but luckily it didn't affect the story for me. I thought Cole was a great character, though he had some stalker tendencies as all the males tend to in her stories. He was intense in his desire right off, and I thought it was a little strange that he followed her to the bar, but Im glad Genevive spoke to him first. It made it less creepy. Her boss was a surprise as the stalker, because I thought it was going to be Shawn though I feel that Wolff se...more
The hero was a total neanderthal. The sex scenes were hot. The suspense was kind of lost in the hero's angst and behavior.

Tracy Wolff collects books, English degrees and lipsticks and has been known to forget where—and sometimes who—she is when immersed in a great novel. At six she wrote her first short story—something with a rainbow and a prince—and at seven she forayed into the wonderful world of girls lit with her first Judy Blume novel. By ten she’d read everything in the young adult and classics sections of her ...more
