Many intriguing stories about the places famous people love. The most surprising one to me was Will Farrel's story aboutthe little vacation house in Sweden he visits with his wife. Reminded me of spending time at an old farmhouse in NH where the family just hangs out. A big day is going blueberry gathering and making a pie. 2010- One of the things I liked best about this book was that I felt most of the essays really seemed to capture that specific person's voice. Also, I've only been to seven of the places in the book, so it gave me some really good ideas for places to travel. I think the one thing that could have made this collection better was an actual picture of each person in their favorite place. The photos were a bit lacking in some cases.
