i got this at the gay & lesbian community center book sale & i was super stoked because i've wanted to read it for years. first, great title. secondly, totally warped wacky view of the world. third, i love reading about 80's and 90's lesbians, especially in san francisco. this book did not disappoint in that aspect. some of the cartoons are nonsensical in a bad way, but she will occasionally come up with something so genius i wish she was my friend.

I really like seeing work from LGBT graphic artists. So though this was a little dated, I really enjoyed it! (Essays and graphic literature both.) Not much substance. Just a fun, humorous little read. It has a spot on my shelf.
