I loved this book! (Okay, I wrote it.) But here's what other people have said about it:
"I seriously laughed until I cried. I had to tone myself down so that I didn't wake up a sleeping Audrey in the next room! You have a gift for story telling!" ~ Maria from Utah, Mother of 1
"Your stories are so much fun to read. You are an incredibly creative writer! Keep the stories coming!"
~ Julie from Michigan, Mother of 4

Confessions of A Completely Insane Mother by Kersten Campbell
Kersten is a new author and her foray into the humorous realms of motherhood are priceless. There is an absolutely hilarious tale of one of her daughters "flying" that just had me in stitches just visualizing the situation. Each of her lessons we can all learn from, even us grandmothers. We all can use a lot of humor in our everyday lives to get through all the stresses of raising our children. I had the opp More...

Hillarious! Truly a must have for all mothers. A complete book of essays on what happens in the home of Kersten Campbell, mother of five children. The essays are vividly written and down right funny! I pick it up during the day, read a few lines, and giggle. Perfect gift and uplifting read. In talking with the author, Kersten Campbell, she is as real and down to earth as she sounds in her book. Husbands, your wives would love this for Mothers Day. Mothers, just buy it for yourselves. You

Every Mother that still has kids at home must read this book. This is a great, easy read book. I love books like this with short chapters that you can pick up and read one chapter before heading to bed or while brushing your teeth.
Kersten understands what it means to be a Mom. The best part is that she finds the humor in the many things that happen while raising your children. This book is a good reminder to all Moms; sit back and laugh when the kids get into things and enjoy the ex More...

This title sounded funny, and for the most part the stories were humorous. After about 20 of the same type of story (strange incident made to be very funny), I got tired of the style. The stories started to make me nervous as well. Having things go awry once-in-a-while is human and very funny, but 30 plus stories in a row about mayhem was just not relaxing.

Okay, maybe it's just where I am in my life that this book spoke so loud to me, but I laughed so much and so hard. If you want a good, quick laugh - this is a great place to go for it. If you happen to pick this book up, please make sure you read chapter 22...it would've been funny to read to my sisters and mom and have hours of rolling laughter!

Hilarious! I read one section of this book every day to keep me laughing and help me keep my crazy life with three boys in perspective. I absolutely recommend this to every mother, grandmother, or anyone who is associated with children.

I'm just starting to read this book, but I must say that I know it will be amazing! I am a little biased, as it's written by my friend, an awesome woman and mother, and I'm so proud of her accomplishments! Congratulations Kersten! You are such a blessing to mothers everywhere!

A must-read for any mother feeling particularly challenged by their kids and in need of a good laugh. Particularly applicable to LDS mothers.

The stories were amusing and the author clearly has a sense of humor, but I had a hard time relating to her.
