A very strange short story by Charles Stross and Cory Doctorow. I had a little bit of difficulty following it at first, despite its brevity, as the ideas came quick and razor sharp. This almost felt like reading Stephenson's Snow Crash with its quick wit and cultural references - but I couldn't quite get a feel for the lead character, Huw, until the story was almost over. I'm not sure I do even now - just left with a dazed feeling, like, "what the fu..?"

Co-authored by a couple authors who I've enjoyed separately, this short story was an enjoyable read.
