Rachel Rogers
Quirky yet intelligent heroine who is her wierd family's problem solver. She gets sent to the traveling carnival where an uncle (I think) used to live and work and investigate his had to be murder. Then, since she's the only one with a head on her shoulders, she is put in charge. Enter charming banker who inherited the carnival and can ID the murderer and sparks fly. Odd little book, but delightful to read.
