If you wish to know more of the Mormon Church in a critical light, I would not recommend this. Two reasons for me assessment are the following: There are some inaccuracies in some of the chapters. Also, the book gets bogged down in preachy language that irritates after a while. Still, if the historical aspects (mostly verified) don't give you pause to think about the Mormons in a new light then you really can't be taught. Overall, a good concept that missed the mark and tried too hard.
