Just finished a heavy trilogy so I just wanted a shorter sexy read. Private Property seemed like a great fit and since I had it on my Kindle already, I'd say it was perfect timing to give it a go.

A fun and kinky story, that I really ejoyed. Let me tell you a little on what you get before I get into the story. M/F/M with flogger, bondage, hot sex, video taping and rear door entire. Plus some fun with breaking and entering and getting caught.

It's Jodi's birthday, and she's stuck at work observing a potential client's house. Worse yet, it's her so-called-boyfriend who put her there. Private Property started off with a bang and didn’t slow down until the last third of the novella! This story was full of lust, passion and sexual tension, it took up good two thirds of the book! There was a plot of course but you pretty much got to the point 80 percent in. This was relatively short (I read it in probably a couple of hours?) but a mighty hot read. It was m/f/m, and the setup is that it's this girl's birthday, but her boss/boyfriend made her work. Or boyfriend may be too strong of a word. They are fuck buddies, with the understanding that there are no strings and either one can walk away. Another great book from Leah Braemel! And another quite unexpected menage! I so want to have a birthday like that! He he he. At first I was like, "Sam, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" but after it went on and he was taunting Mark, I kind of clued in. Really sweet and totally hot. Very different menage story than I am used which is SO refreshing!!! very HOT uhhmmm "adult " bits lol & a great set up 4 what could be a solide series ....however.....;) i found it felt a little simple in spots . i dont know what other way to explain it .... ok i will try uuummm......it was just a little to easy & the writting ,altho good was lacking something . i did enjoy this & was intreagued to look into the 2nd book but not enough to buy it :(

This was actually a pretty good little book, which was such a nice surprise as I wasn't expecting much. Jodi works for a security firm and is doing recon on a house when her boyfriend and his best friend surprise her with a plan to fulfill some of her sexual fantasies of BDSM and ménage. This was a pretty good first read from Leah Braemel for me. She had some highs and a few lows but there were enough aspects of this story I enjoyed that I’m intrigued to try something else from her. Some of my likes: I enjoyed the connection between Jodi and Mark. I thought they had some great heat that steamed up the pages and made me want more. It's Jodi's birthday and her boss/no-strings lover has made her work. She's starting to intrepet signs that Mark's getting ready to dump her. Ok I love this the book but hated that it was short. I felt like this story could have more to it. Not saying it wasn't wrote good. Plus I felt like Jodi and Mark relationship wasn't a booty call thing. I felt like they were were actually boyfriend as girlfriend. Overall, I like the story. But it took only me 2 hours to read the story. I guess I'm not a fan of stories. I wouldn't reading Sam story. Which I don't why he gets 2 books.
Jodi and Mark have a friends with benefits relationship. Jodi thinks that Mark forgot her birthday because he gives her a job on her birthday. Mark sets up a menage with his best friend, Sam, so she can knock off #7 on her sex list.

Very hot erotic romance that includes graphic sex, light bondage, spanking and partner swapping scenes. I did, however, feel the romantic development between the hero and heroine could have been extended a bit more. I needed a bit more back story to their relationship for it to be a 5-star. It definitely would have worked as a longer book!
Not that I'm a prude, but if there's going to be an endless amount of sex with no point in a book, I'm not particularly interested in reading it, because it's completely meaningless and a waste of time. I didn't like this book at all and won't be likely to read any more of them.
Well, Jodi sure had one heck of a birthday present from Mark. What a great friend Sam is to help Mark arrange things, snicker snicker. Security is sure a hot business to be in. I liked the story and the characters. Look forward to reading more about them and their lives.
This was a steamy book, and I loved the main characters. The only thing I didn't care for was the thoughts of the main couple. They weren't happy with things going on, but didn't stop them. The ending made it worth it though.
Warning: This book contains a woman fulfilling her sexual fantasies—including two men who are happy to tie her up, and be tied up, while using graphic language and floggers!

this book was completly pointless. but i liked how Sam tied Mark up while he pleasure Jodi to get him to see that Mark was in love with Jodi, but it was so short! only like 70 pages!
Liked it, but wish it were a little longer. The romantic dev between Jodi & Mark felt a bit too abrupt. Maybe it's b/c I haven't read the prequel or something though. :-)
Leah Braemel is a new author for me and I found the book to sexually graphic for my tastes, so therefore the three stars. I do not believe I would add this author to my list for future reads.
