Overall I feel like this book is a great resource with lots of information about the nuances of marketing a specialty food product. Although a bit dated now, I feel like it still serves as a great way to better understand what you need to know, and as a platform from which you can research and plan further.
Pleasantly suprised and highly recommend this book to anyone considering starting a food business. While the focus is on specialty, there is still a lot of useful information if pursuing grocery or wholesale. Has a lot of details other books miss!
