Tt’s not easy being a nine-year-old kid in the middle of a busy, gifted family. Especially when the list of things you’re good at includes only two items—“Crying” and “Stopping crying”—and the list of things you’re not good at seems to be getting longer every day.

A cute book about being kind while still standing up for yourself and retaining your individuality. Sophie is adorably unique.

A sweet book in an authentic sounding young girl's voice. Felt like a blend of To Kill a Mockingbird's Scout (relationship with old grumpy neighbor), Ramona of Beezus and Ramona (sister relationships), and Junie B. Jones.
