This is agreat book to have if you (or someone you love) has food allergies or dietary restrictions.I love that the book is pocket size so it fits easily into your purse or pocket to use for reference when grocery shopping. Even though I originally checked this out from the library, I'll probably be buying my own personal copy soon!
Great information. Small size so I can keep it in my purse for when I'm out shopping. Has an A through F rating system on the different additives, which is great if you don't want to read through all the info.
