I got this as a gift for my birthday from a friend well informed of my personal wellness journey over the past several years. I read it over the past week and have started the workouts in addition to my usual routine. At this point, I'm not looking for a quick fix, but I'd love it if it helps my running.

This book was okay. nothing new, the workouts were basic. This would be good for those looking for simple exercise regimens.
