Great book. I grabbed this book after taking my group fitness exam, as a continue of education. I feel its perfect for anyone wishing to improve their physical fitness. The intro was very informative and motivating. With great detailed information for the moves and a full moth workout schedule. I love how each day you are inspired by a quote, a relaxation exercise which can be anything from thoughts, breathing, a random act, and more. I got this as a gift for my birthday from a friend well informed of my personal wellness journey over the past several years. I read it over the past week and have started the workouts in addition to my usual routine. At this point, I'm not looking for a quick fix, but I'd love it if it helps my running.

This book was okay. nothing new, the workouts were basic. This would be good for those looking for simple exercise regimens.

Great concept. This book is a great start for someone new or returning to exercise. The idea can also be incorporated into more advanced exercisers fitness plans.
