A Letter to Brody

This is a letter, written in lieu of a eulogy by a grieving father to his son, who died at two months of age from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). It is a heartfelt tribute, meant to resonate with any parent who has lost a child; a beacon, perhaps---a suggestion of light and hope within the maelstrom of unimaginable, devastating loss.

This was so moving it brought me to tears, It was so beautifully written, each and every word captures the emotion of these parents. As a mother of a tweo year old I can only imagine the pain they must have been through. A final letter to say goodbye, moving words to express there love. I will always remember this.

As a mother, this has been a fear of mine since the day I discovered I was pregnant. I can't imagine losing my child, though this story gave me a glimpse into the sadness that would become my world if it were ever to happen. Very well-written, this is a heart-touching story.
