My mama has suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for over ten years now. Recently, I've been doing a lot of reading to understand the illness more--as a teenager, I had no idea just what it was and how she was affected. As I've made moves to better my health by changing the way I eat, I have started wondering if the same could be done to address her RA. I don't know if this book has anything of value in it for not. I tried reading it on three different occasions. The writing is infantile. The book really could have been edited down from 335 pages to around 100. The pearls for a person with arthritis are so hidden as to be lost.
