This book came across my desk for review. I have always been fascinated by this woman and wanted to know more of her story. Also, it fits in perfectly with the monthly challenge.

Although this was an extremely quick read, I was thoroughly engrossed. The language used in the book was perfect for year 6 or 7 school children, but was written in a way that had me hooked as well. The terms used in the book which some kids may have found difficult to understand were typed in bold with a glossary of wo...more
