Lego has a long history beginning in Denmark in the 1930's. Hirschmann takes the reader through Lego's creation, history, and growth. The websites for further information provide some great places for children to further explore the Lego world.

I love Lego. I learned a lot about it from this book. I had no idea of its history. While the pictures are not quite as impressive as some other Lego books, the cover and the Indiana Jones picture are fascinating.
Learn how Danish toy maker Kirk Christiansen changed the world of play with his determination and motto: "Only the best is good enough!"
