Includes a preview of Leap of Perception , the next book in Penney Peirce's Transformation Trilogy.

Because science has long taught us to rely on what we can see and touch, we often don't notice that our spirit, thoughts, emotions, and body are all made of energy. Everything is vibrating. In fact, each of us has a personal vibration that communicates who we are to the worl

The book may be off the deep end, but I love it anyway. I wouldn't call it very scientific though. Like this part, when she is talking about a wave:

"at the crest... in physics terms is when the wave has become a particle. ... when the wave turns at the trough ... in studying physics this is where the particle becomes the wave."

Really? That makes no sense to me, and I read a good bit of quantum physics books. I could be wrong, but from my understanding, the wavicle (because it is both, acting as

Absolutely magnificent! This book really clarified for me the power of human thought, emotion and inner images on reality from a scientific approach. The world is made of energy, which is why our technology works the way that it does. This book is about our 'human technology'. Penny Pierce ties together the purpose of our lives, how to create transformation and feel more at peace with who we are as our world changes.

The exercises are very effective as well. I feel more empowered to do what I fe

I'm reading this book I bought recently, for the second time through. Its easy to read though a complex subject. Each chapter has things you can stop and do to bring further understanding of the material. The author seems loving, intelligent and thoughtful. The message is one of positive improvement of one's awareness of life. Excerpt:

"So not only do you live in a world that oscillates in and out of form, where there are unlimited potential realities evolving simultaneously, where everything is

This was a good follow-along book to other books I've been reading recently by Raphael Cushnir, Deepak Chopra, Gay Hendricks, and Frank Kinslow. Overall, it was well worth the time spent reading it. There were lots of interesting insights and expansions to concepts (like the law of attraction) I've read about previously. Of course, if you want to get much out of this book, you do have to go along with her main premise that the world is currently in a state of transition, moving from the Informat ...more
I'm listening to this on audiobook and I'm loving it so much. So much here resonates with me, and I feel that I need to get this on paperback because there's so much I want to refer back to. I definitely want to work through the book again slowly and really focus on the exercises. I subscribe to the Law of Attraction and the idea that we are all made up of energy. I love that Penney Peirce gives really great suggestions for how we can implement simple methods to raise our vibrations. Love this b ...more

Since my job requires me to do so much in this genre, I don't tend to read many of these kinds of books. However, the time seemed to be ripe. As a vibrational healer and medicine woman, this book took so many ideas and broke it into the mainstream. The writing is clear, the exercises work, and my purpose has become clear. Science backs up her claims, and the book takes a refreshing step beyond all the "law of attraction" hype.

This is my 4th reading of this book. I revisit it every year or so as I have unfolded further and resonate with new understanding. I recommend this book more than any other to my patients as there are so many levels on which it can be read and understood.

I wanted to like this book and I was hoping this book would convince me about the existance of frequencies.. but actually while reading it the opposite happened. I felt like the book is really subjective and based on "hot air". The writing-style of this book is really vague and long-winded. While reading it I was continuously waiting for the writer to make a sense of all the mambo jambo I was reading. But no.. I wasn't feeling it. Maybe I am just not spiritual or new-agy enough to understand. Al ...more

this is a great book. i love the way she talks about energy, vibration, frequency, prana, chi, flow, god, love.... whatever words you choose to describe it the energy of life and how to work with, rather than against, your own flow. it's especially helpful if you are in the mood for some personal homework which i was when i read it but i think it could be read simply for the description & understanding it evokes.

This is a book that I really enjoyed reading and will refer to it for a variety of reasons. It is informative and has great quotes throughout. I read it as a loaner from the library and then a dear friend sent it to me after I mentioned it to her as a gift. It is worth a read through at least once!

Loved it, but can't explain it. It just felt really right to me.

This is a stimulating, compelling, comprehensive book about the frequency, vibrations and spiritual science that is part of every human being. The book surrounds itself around the concept of the "home frequency," a state of relaxation and calmness that is our optimal state. Think of it as homeostasis. We can always return to this state at any time of the day, at any moment. In this home frequency state, all things are possible, and all realities can materialize, if the soul deems it right for it ...more

The book 'Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration', by Penny Peirce, first published in 2009, is an inspiring and comprehensive introduction into the topic of frequency and energy. Through her special insights, the author offers the reader an impression of her knowledge and wisdom about the change that goes on with us, while we are leaving the "Information Age" to enter the "Intuition Age", that will bring us a major transformation in the way we receive reality and respond to it. It further d ...more

I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to raise their vibrational level. Secret, Abraham-Hicks and many others tell you how you suppose to act and feel but none tells you how to get there. This book does.

Ideal for the non-scientist who wants to learn about the various forms of electrical and magnetic energy: solar flares, photons, cell phones, acupuncture, consciousness - it's covered. Excellently organized and readable explanations with a focus on personal power and personal energy fields.

Penney Peirce's Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration is a helpful book for those who want to raise their life to a higher scale. Peirce thoroughly explains how to raise your frequency with breathing exercises, meditation, and creative visualization. The Law of Attraction thoughts mentioned in this book were my favorite.

This book was quite exceptional.

This is the best book I have ever "used."

I will give a long review below that is necessary for me to explain how magnificent this book has been for me. For those of you that aren't interested in my story - I can tell you that if you have ever pondered existence, intuition, coincidence, energy, realities, unity, spirituality, clairvoyance, consciousness, enlightenment, quantum physics, personal development, transcendence, transformation, happiness and more - you must own this book. I hope this will not be a long, dry, confusing, read. The "Acknowledgments" is one page, okay there. The "Forward" is 3 pages, that's not too bad either. But then, there is a section entitled "FOR THE READER." I know there is an oxymoron joke in there somewhere.

"FOR THE READER" is 9 pages not including another section titled "FINDING FREQUENCY" that is 6 pages, ALL before you even GET to chapter 1 page 1.

"FOR THE READER" is confusing. I find myself thinking, huh? That last paragraph is about wha

It took some time in getting the 'feel of this book. After completed reading I was glad to purchase it. This book is an extension of Abraham's teaching although it may not be as loving in words otherwise. However the exercises under 'Try This' provides useful tool in manifesting ones desires. I really like this book and the author does have some original comcepts of her own unlike I got reading 'The Secret' . Will go back and reading it again soon.

Interesting theories. There are some that I find intriguing, there are others that I would put in the category of prophecy, which is always a "maybe/maybe not."

I find the cohesiveness of this piece a bit lacking at times. I'm not sure there is a strong progression through this piece. Honestly, I've put it down for months now because it got a bit too esoteric for me...and that's saying something.
i'm sittin on the fence, with this one... still feel like i could give it a thumbs-up ("yes") or wobble my hand a bit ("eh?").... not a thumbs-down though, i can understand and nod my head at most of what i am reading, just not too sure yet if i feel it was worth my time to *read* the book... we'll see.
1 of 2 stars for readability -- easy read but not concise... Feels like a waste of flowery words trying to get to the point.
1 star for its spirituality

Recommendation -- if you're fascinated by the topic, get a free sample chapter on kindle and see if it's worth your time.

I don't have any alternative book recs on this topic right now. Anyone?

I beleive that Penny experiences what she describes, but it is above my range of sensitivity or perception. Interesting to read about the world from the perspective of an intuitive. Many helpful elements, while other aspects went way over my head - or just seemed FAR OUT! Still, it helped me and I would recommend it.
