As someone that spent a great part of the last 15 years bodybuilding and working on/studying physical development and nutrition (it may not be evident by looking at me, I've been lazy these last few years...), I've been skeptical of the low-carb diets and fads that have come and gone with time.

I really like that the book has a nutrition plan (some recipes included) and a workout plan with it. The sad part is that I have yet to implement the program. As it wants you to start the workouts on Monday or Tuesday, I will have to wait until after the weekend to get it going. I'll come back with details of its effectiveness.
