You don't really need to buy this newest version to do well in the class. I bought the older version for only $10, whereas this one is $100+. It is about the same except the introductory cases in the beginning of each chapter. This book is a good overview of law. The reading can be kind of boring due to the detailed text (I skipped all of the cases), but it is useful. There is a chapter about business law for professionals like accountants, consultants, etc., another chapter about the difference...more
And this would be why I'm not reading more fiction books from my "to read" list.....
And I'm done! Finished the class. This book was actually fairly easy to read considering it contains so much techincal information and some of the subjects are pretty dry.

I got through about half (that was all that was required for my Business Law course). I'd dare say that it almost made me want to be a lawyer.
