“We fit. You don’t want to be alone and neither do I. Give us a chance, Tansy. I’m not easy, but I’m loyal, yours, all the way.”

Wow Murder Game was awesome. Man can Christine Feehan write a intriguing plot. I loved this couple, and I loved this book. 7 books into this series, and I am still just as hooked as I was after reading the first book. I do want to say this book was darker, and there is some details about murder, rape, and the torture of men, women, a

My thoughts:

Loved this book the second time even more! I personally find serial killer stuff highly disturbing, so some parts were tough for me. Poor Tansy, using her psychic gifts to hunt serial killers from a very young age, even without having any psychic barriers built up. That's courage. The storyline about the murders was very dark and twisted. The psychic elements ramped up the tension and made this even more visceral a read. Despite the unpalatable aspects of these

I'm obviously an addict. Christine Feehan's books are like crack for me. I know what's going to happen. I know what her heroes are like. I know there's going to be a happy ending, and in her 'GhostWalkers' series I know there will be violence...and justice. So why do I keep reading them? Because she manages to pull me into the minds of both the hero (and he's always deliciously tortured!) and the heroine. I become attached to them and can't stop reading until I see IN PRINT that they're together ...more

Still love Kade!

Yowza! Kade is HOT! I love his controlling domineering ass! He took a little time for me to warm up to. But I cannot complain at all about him. He is everything you want in an alpha who is totally gone for his woman. I mean at one point he warned her that he needed her to understand that he needed to be touching her or inside her all the time. Or at least as much as could be practically managed. I know I am not retelling it properly. But trust me i
Yes, the GhostWalkers are back with a vengeance in this latest installment in the series! I'd been dying to read Kadan's story since I met him in Shadow Game - the cold and quite badasses never fail to attract my attention, LOL - so I was more than happy when I finally got to read his book.

As the story begins, Kadan is assigned to identify and eliminate (aka kill) the assassin(s) responsible for several murders that seem to have been commited by one (or more) GhostWalkers. He trusts his fellow t
I wasn't that interested in the whole doctor storyline, but loved romance between h and H! Possessive Love!

4-4 stars – Paranormal Romance/Romantic Suspense

It took me a while to get through this one because I wasn't in the right mood when I first started reading it and had to put it aside for a while. I tried to go back to it a few times and found that I still wasn't in the right mindset for Feehan's overly wordy and repetitive writing style or her frequently used Feehan-isms.

I finally got into the story when I was in the mood for something dark, angsty, and steamy. I love dangerous alpha heroes and

THIS IS WHAT I LOOK FOR EACH TIME I READ A ROMANCE BOOK. This is also a rare occurrence in my romance book, to find such "Ultimate Love Story" that captivates your whole heart and soul when you reach the end! Put it kindly, This book is a keeper that I will read time and time again and never tire of it! This author has a gift in crafting her story-telling with words that show you images that go straight to your h
Stars: 4.5 -- I decided to round up.

The suspense plot was fantastic and was a definite 4.5 stars. As a warning to potential readers: this plot involved a lot of blood and violence, most of it experienced through Tansy's mind/connection to killers.

In regard to the romance storyline, It took me awhile to accept and understand the relationship between Kaden and Tansy. At first, I just didn't like the way he dominated and controlled and took over Tansy's body and mind. I think some people thought s

Loved it! Another saga in the GhostWalker world were paranormal combine with military skill(s), toss in some very hot guys with good hearts, pair them with girls struggling with their powers who become the ray of sunshine in their darkness, add some suspense, superbly woven storyline, some really hot love scenes and you have a GhostWalker book.

Wonderful! Kadan "The Bishop" Montague appeared in several of the previous books. He was always cold and methodical. When he was "sent" to retrieve Tansy
5++++ Stars The Seventh Installment in Feehan's Ghostwalker Series and I loved every thing about it!

*sighs*....My Ghostwalkers...I love them all! They are warriors, born in the wrong century, men with honor, codes, patriotic and a way of life that was politically incorrect. These are some "lean, mean, killing machines"...and I love them:-)

This is Kadan Montague's story and I have been looking forward to this one since his introduction in Shadow Game. Large, heavily muscled with brute strengh, h
This was a good entry into the Ghostwalkers series. The hero was great, he was a quite a tough guy who was blindsided by his intense and immediate feelings for the heroine. There was a LOT of sex in this one, not that I mind but CF was bringing out all of her normal catch phrases (I was thinking about starting a drinking game while reading it: everytime she wrote velvet over steel, clenching heat, lightening, molten lava or any other Feehanisms then I should take a drink! - but I would have been ...more

Hunting teams competing with each other for points earned by murder, rape and bloodshed, Murder Game is an interesting book indeed.

Although this book is brilliant and fun, it's not one of my favorites. Looking forward to Kadan's character, this book was somewhat of a disappointment. Below you will see two quick notations on the origin and idea of GhostWalkers and their explosive union with their women.

The relationship is totally rockin awesome and I adore how Tansy shakes up his silent resolve.

This was a series of sex scenes tied together by a pyschic serial killer mystery. When you're reading about brutality, your eyes can skip what it can't handle. When you're listening, you get the full force. Feehan describes evil in its truest form. The narrator was excellent. But the story, the romance between Kaden and Tansy, was too fast and too sex based. Not to mention that Kaden's behavior was really not short of abusive. He may not have lifted a hand to her, but he was going to make sure t ...more
This was a rather disappointing read and I can't help but notice the thicker these books are the worst they get. Ms. Feehan should definitely cut the page count, this one would not have suffered from it, and made it a tad more interesting and gripping to read.

It is becoming some kind of a ritual for these supposedly suspenseful books to throw the suspense through the window and leave the two leads to have their wicked way with each other. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with steamy sex
DarkHeart "Vehngeance"
This was, by far, my least favorite book of the series thus far. And while I didn't struggle to get through it, I did find myself skimming - and I never skim.

Why didn't I like the book? Kadan. He'd been intriguing in previous books and I was quite looking forward to his story. Unfortunately, Feehan opted to take the character in a direction that I didn't care for. I like a dominant alpha hero who is withdrawn and a bit moody and dangerous - but Kadan went way beyond that. His dominance read like

Re read

I'm taking off a star b/c of all the violence that happened to the victims. It was too much. I didn't need to read all the details.

The sex was amped up in this book always a plus. I really liked Kadan even when he acted like an ass at times. Tansy was everything to him. I loved that. Him and Tansy were a good match.

Who do you think wins this game?

Murders are happening along the coasts, and Kadan has been ordered to find out who, why, and stop them. He’s also ordered to keep it under wraps - no one on his team is allowed to know what’s going on. For the murders are suspicious - whoever is doing it, is getting in and out in a flash, no witnesses, no evidence, nothing. They’re being made to look like it’s the GhostWalkers. Someone high up has always wanted them gone. Now they’re being threatened - a force wan

Well first I like a good love scene just fine but good grief this was overkill and stupid. Their very first time after knowing each other a couple hours was so unreal and a few pages later after hearing her parents are kidnapped and she is overcome with worry he's having sex with her again. Feehan seems to be all about macho he-men giving the women a little shake to straighten them out and having sex. I usually like a little story in there somewhere!

At last! I did it! This book is finally over. I cannot even begin to list all the things I didn't like in this book, because they are so many.
This book for me was bad and I mean bad! Hero and heroine unbelievable, unnecessary violence and cruelty at every corner, a very lame plot, and I'm not talking about H/h relationship or the dialogues between them, or between the hero and his comrades... when I say bad I mean BAAAAAAD!

The only good thing about this book is that I got to finish it!

I can't believe how disappointed I was in this book. I really liked Kaden from previous books but his story was not at all what I expected. This book was 423 pages long and was padded with so much sex it actually made the story disjointed. A good 100 pages could have been cut and it would have flowed better. Also Kaden was a caveman hard arse and Tansy was jello. Bleh, this could have been so much better, the premise was good.

More like a 4.5. I have to say that while I was rading I had to keep glancing at the author to make sure I wasn't reading Lora Leigh. This book had some pretty similar elements to a LL book. Good book though.

I liked this book but did feel like Tansy just gave up to and in to Kaden much too fast for what we knew of her character. Learning both of their backgrounds was heartbreaking. It did make it seem like they were kindred spirits.

I think that Tansy's talent was a unique one. One that she was good at even thought using it hurt her. Watching Kaden fight with himself over seeing Tansy using her talent was hard. He needed / wanted to find out the info, but he had a hard time seeing her hurt herself. B

Christine Feehan is going back to her Ghostwalker roots in her 7th book in the series, “Murder Game.” Our hero is Kadan Montague (or Kaden Bishop, as he introduced himself in Mind Game. Now, he says Bishop is just a nickname. And we need to ignore the fact that the spelling of his first name has changed over time. But I digress.) Kadan is Special Forces soldier who has been psychically and physically enhanced by evil genius scientist Dr Whitney. He is part of the first team of these soldiers, wh ...more

I have been a dedicated fan of the GhostWalker series from the very first book Shadow Game, eagerly awaiting each new release. I was disappointed with a couple of the books in the middle of the series and liked the previous book, Predatory Game, but Murder Game has to be one of my favourites. We get to meet some of the previous GhostWalkers again, as well as submerge ourselves in an awesome thriller. “Why do I have to do this?" Gator demanded.

Cuz you're such a pretty boy. Our photographer isn't going to fall for one of us as the tied up model," Nico pointed out.

Dumbest plan you've ever come up with," Gator rumbled. "Offering myself all trussed up like a Christmas turkey to a serial killer who likes to torture people isn't too smart.”
