This was a fantastic book and will be a great tool for the future. It was easy to understand and gives you things you can instantly apply to whatever setting you are in for meetings. As a recording secretary myself, I would highly recommend this book to anyone acting as recording secretary or as chair person for any business or organization. For me, this book brought the importance of minutes to a whole new light!
