Like most Apple software, iMovie is rather intuitive and I was transferring and editing my daughter's video tapes with only a few forays into the Help files. I have used some Windows video editing software though, and expectations of how things should work tripped me up a few times, so I got the manual, uh, Missing Manual.

Got the new! IMAC and got into the video powers. Agonized a bit over which
self-help group to go with and chose the Pogue. It's pretty good. Something
of the sort is necessary as computer makers leave it to the independant
writers to tell you the ins and outs of their systems.
