This book epitomizes the not-that-useful kind of cookbook. Where the pictures are beautiful but why would you want your drink to loo like this, and why would you want to make drinks that lok like this--it would take a half an hour to make them (maybe if you are in the midst of a highly alcoholic lifestyle, and you treat making drinks on the level of making food). I am much more of a Mark Bittman approach...
