I got this in audiobook format, and it is a very good companion, specially if you want to de-stress while going for a walk.
Dean Hanmer
I attended a Peter Fenner workshop a few years ago, which I thought was amazing (not much happened or was said.) I bought the book shortly after and have now read it three times (once a year or so). This book gets better with age and familiarity. At first I might have given it a 3, and last year a 4. Now, just finishing again, this book is a solid 5.

I find his teachings very helpful in my personal interactions. Mr. Fenner provides very helpful tips on going through the day with less reactivity,
It took me a year to read this book at the suggestion of the yoga instructor who recommended it. Peter Fenner is trying to help our high energy, high stress western culture understand how to pause and live in the present moment of our existence. This is challenging but a worthwhile endeavor.
Too much psychobabble.Blah.
