This little cookbook, has meatball recipes for appetizers and sides, soups, stews and chili, sandwiches and wraps dressy meatballs, pasta dinners, rice dinners and family favorites. There are no photographs, however the cookbook is well organized and the recipes all have catchy names such as chines beef noodle soup, ravioli meatball stir-fry and white beacn salsa chili.

Actually, the title should be one hundred and one things to do with frozen meatballs. That said, I foresee a lot of frozen meatballs in my future. I really liked this book.
I do like easy dinner ideas. I think I would try and like most everything in this book. I like how versatile meatballs can be.
Shocking that it didn't have a recipe on how to make meatballs.
