DNF- Got about halfway through and just could not read another word. There was absolutely no chemistry between the two characters, and Sam the "fantasy" hero come to life just fell flat. To sum up, the writing was stiff and wordy, the secondary characters were stereotypes, and the plot didn't make much sense. Not a keeper.

I had a hard time finishing the book. The story rambled, and the main "hero" was anything but. Feel sad to have wasted a couple hours reading it.
