This book was not your typical romance novel. I actually had part of the "surprise" figured out almost from the beginning, but there was still a shocking twist that I didn't expect. There was more of an emphasis on the story line instead of the romance itself, which was a nice change from "traditional" romance novels.

I'm sorry, but I have to say that this is the cheesiest book I've ever read, even for a romance. First it is laughably unbelievable. I don't think that two people would stay pen pals for 17 years and never meeet. This story is different, but like all of Quinn's stories a great read. There's a lot of plot here with twists and turns you're not expecting. Also a different style using letters. I don't want to say to much because it's full of surprises and I don't want to give it away. Definitely a must read.
