Well, I'll say that Consumed has great love scenes but the rest of the story is just missing more development. Amber goes from not seeing her high school crush, Brian, for umpteen years and agrees on a date with him. However, I paid money and was not entertained. The story is weak and all over the place. Most of the non-sexual parts made no sense and the sexual parts were just dumb. It appears the author only cared about writing about sex rather than a story.
