The author goes explains where the healthcare statistics come from and offers an interpretation and explanation for these numbers. I'm only on page 42 right now, but it is helpful in having a clearer understanding of the healthcare industry especially with the current debates.

This is a must-read if you are at all concerned about American health care today. Sally Pipes explodes the mythical reasons given on why we need the government to make our health care decisions for us.

This is a great book if you want to read about the health care debate in the US. It reads quick and has over 30 pages of citations to back the author's claims.
