There's some good info in this book but there's also questionable info sitting right next to it. For example, in the Diet and Menstrual Cycle section, they go about talking about food - calcium, caffeine, phytoestrogens - and then right there in their recommendations is Prozac, a depression medication. I thought this was Healthy Eating why are drugs being recommended? Even more so - why are drugs being recommended for uses other than what they are originally intended?
