Savannah Grant once had the reputation for being the wild sister-but no one, not even her twin, knew just how wild Savannah had once been. Now that past has come back to haunt her. Someone is murdering humans in Ripple Creek, and the murders are eerily similar to those she'd witnessed nearly ten years ago. Worse still, the man sent in to help with the investigation is the ...more

This is Savannah and Cade's story and it was just as good as the first book. The sex and love scenes are so damn intense, and it was action packed to boot.
I have loved all of Ms. Arthur's books so far and have to keep digging for more. She does not disappoint, unless you count the fact that her series end and some to damn soon.
This book has it all, action, passion, hot hot sex. Damn I love these Weres...
You gotta get it...I promise you'll love it.

Savannah Grant is the head ranger on the Bitterroot werewolf reservation. There is a serial killer targeting humans on the reservation, so interspecies law enforcement is called in. Unfortunately, the lead investigator Cade Jones, is a man from her distant past. She was involved in what amounted to a cult of werewolves and half breeds connected to a serial killer very much like the present one. Cade was undercover at the time and a very young Savannah thought that she was in love with him. They ...more

Savannah is a Ranger on the Ripple Creek Werewolf Reservation and is investigating a spate of murders that are very similar to ones she witnessed 10 years previously. Because the people who have been murdered were human she is forced to call in the IIS (Interspecies Investigation Squad) to help with the investigation but she is shocked when she discovers the man in charge of the investigation is Cade. 10 years ago she met and fell for Cade but due to circumstances and some major misunderstanding...more

Second book the the Ripple Creek werewolf series and this one does have some similarities to the first book featuring Neva and Duncan. The book blurb above is basically the entire story.

Savannah is a ranger on the reservation who is investigating a couple of murders that seem to be a echo of the ones from her past. A past she doesn't want to relive, but which comes back along with Cade, someone she loved and ran away from 10 years ago and who used her as a contact to solving those pr...more

Second book of the series, see review of Beneath a Rising Moon. I really enjoyed this book. The main character, Savannah, is the twin of the main character in the first book in the series. I really enjoyed seeing some of the differences between these two sisters. They both have a ton of confidence and attitude and great independent streak. But that being said, they also tend to approach things a bit differently. I also really liked Cade.

I did have a couple of issues with this b...more

I don't usually read paranormal romance series books back-to-back, they really have to have that extra something to make me want more and although I enjoyed the first book immensely, I didn't like this one quite as much.

I'm not a big fan of the reunited lovers storyline, it always makes me sad that they lost so much time together, in this case because of misunderstandings. I also didn't love Savannah as much as her twin sister Neva, in the first book. She was hard and tough and diffi...more

Well, I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first but it was still really good but in different ways. I was really impressed with the storyline, which was actually quite complex in places with a very detailed back-story of Savannah and her lover when they had been together 10 years earlier. The author was able to give little bits of the back story at varying times to peak your interest, and then gradually add to it as the plot thickened. As usual our heroine gets her man, and although he sou...more

This story is about the other twin the plot reminded me of clue alot more suspects and different trails to follow but there is some romance in between, happiness. I liked the book though I like her sister's story better book 1 but I would recommend both if you're into werewolves and want more R-rated than young adult PG-13. A bit more explicit than your Mercy Thompson Series by Patricia Briggs but just as good.

I did like the 1st book of the 2 more so than this but this one still was a great read.

It is just a shame there is only 2 books of this series and no more.

Does anyone know if she will continue this series?

Savannah and Cade's story. She is the Ripple Creek ranger investigating murders on the reservation. They have to do with her and Cade's past and threaten the safety of her friends and family. The book is action packed and full of moon dancing too.
