Great ending to a good series

This is the fourth and last book of the Nikki and Michael series. This one starts with Nikki and Jake trying to become members of The Circle, the group that Michael works for. Not only is Nikki trying to pass all the test so she can begin working with Michael, she’s planning their wedding. Though Nikki’s powers seem to be growing and that’s not the only problem she has to deal with. Someone has infiltrated The Circle trying to kill Seline and Michael and will stop a...more

This is the 4th and final book in the Nikki and Michael series & I'd strongly recommend that you read the series in order. Although I won't give spoilers for Kiss the Night Goodbye in this review it will be impossible not to include things that may spoil the previous books so if you're new to the series I'd suggest you read the reviews for Dancing with the Devil. This is a series I really loved so I'd definitely recommend you check it out!

Now that Michael has finally agreed to let Nikki joi...more

Continuing the story of Nikki and Michael, as they prepare for their wedding, only one obstacle stands in their way. Nikki must pass the Circle’s final test. Using her skills and psychic talents she must face a number of adversaries and beat them. Only then will she receive permission to marry her Vampire. Nikki and Michael are back in the final story in Keri Arthur’s vampire romance series. Nikki has been busting her backside improving her fitness and her control of her psychic abilities since Michael has done the decent thing and not only asked Nikki to marry him, but has allowed her into the darker and more dangerous side of his life.

The story opens with Nikki once again trying to pass the Circle’s entry exams and gets more than she bargained for in her latest attempt—someone trying to kill her...more

OMG I AM SO SAD THIS IS THE END OF THE STORY LINE I WISHED FOR MORE.. NIKKI AND MICHAEL ARE ONCE AGAIN GOING AGAINST SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO GO AFTER MICHAEL FOR KILLING HIS BROTHER AND HE IS TAKEN AND IT IS UP TO NIKKI AND NIKKI ALONE TO SAVE HIM AND ALSO GET HIM TO REMEMBER HER.. IT IS A FUNNY AND NIKKI SMART REMARKS MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD. THE ONLY THING I DID WISH WAS THE END WAS WRITTEN MORE BETTER. I WOULD OF LUV TO READ THE WEDDING SCENE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A WONDERFUL WAY TO END THE BOOK...more

The action and passion are still off the charts in this installment of Ms. Arthur's Nikki and Michael' series. I so love this series. Both primary characters are wonderful, but for different reasons. And I loved the secondary characters as well.
In this story Michael has no memory of Nikki and she can't reveal herself to soon or it could mean death to both of them. Nikki is smart and clever and slowly helps Michael regain his memories and together they fight off an evil force so sick and strong...more

Wow finished it and I am sad to see the end of this series I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the story and loved how she had to remind him of who he was and what he loved and fight the bad guy. Nicki is smart funny and strong and in this book she is reminded that she can fight bad guys and win without Michael. I enjoyed the end of the story I wish she wrote about the wedding it would have been a nice way to end the series.

Unfortunately the characters are still pretty one dimensional, and the story line ridiculous and unbelievable. However, this was an improvement on the previous books in the series. An okay read if you're into poorly written vampire/clairvoyant/telepathic/magical romance (and yes that's just the powers of one of the characters, not a group!)

Just finished the book, which is the 4th and final book in this series, although I'm happy to know how it ended, I feel sad that iv no more Nikki and Michael books to read! I thoroughly enjoyed book from beginning to end and just hope Keri Arthur will write another in this series.

Loved this book. Exciting, intriguing, a beautiful love story, what more could we want? A bit of magic and a handsome vampire with his soulmate makes it even better. Keri Arthur has become one of my favourite authors.

Well, now I know why I felt this series was finished. I finally found the 4th book. I read it and I have to say, it didn't really end it for me either. It was nice that the Michael and Nikki finally got together. The story line threw me as it still didn't talk to much about Michael's past and the Circle was annoyingly kept secret, still!

Since there are no more books in this series. I guess this is Ms. Arthur's trade mark. She leaves her characters unresolved as if the final chapter is never done...more

This will quite possibly go up in my estimation when I get my hands on and read book 3.

Nikky is working on joining the circle when Michael is attacked and kidnapped. When she hunts him down she finds that he has lost his memory and she has to work at gaining his trust, and keep them both alive.

It's an interesting story, you can see the characters develop more and deal with their issues, they're both interesting and interested in getting the job done to the best of their ability without too much...more

Out of all the Keri Arthur series that I have, this series (Nikki & Michael) is one of my faves!! It's short, sweet and to the point, unlike the Riley Jenson books that went on waaaaay to long in my opinion.
In this story Nikki & Michael are finally settling down and planning their wedding. However, like all good books there's a twist, and in this one Michael ends up in trouble and can't remember who Nikki is!!! O.o duhn duhn duhn....
