I'm still thinking this one over. I agreed with most of it but found some of the theological points to be a bit of a stretch. This, however, did not diminish the credibility of the concept that as a Christian it is not only my duty, but my pleasure to care for all of creation by living within my means, seeking the common good, and exhibiting a deep care for all living creatures.

The writing style bothered me. "In short," and other such transitional phrases were used way too much.

I read this book for a class this semester, and was taught by the author himself. I found it a very interesting and thought provoking read. It is well organized and had many good points that made me think about how I interact with the world, and what I can do to make less of a footprint in terms of ecological preservation. I would definitely suggest it to others to read!

Recommends it for: Enviromentalism and Christianity
A wonderful Christian argument for the care of the earth. Best one stop shop for a biblical case on environmental preservation.
