Tears of the Reaper is the fourth book in the Western Wind series by Charlotte Boyett-Compo. This book can be read as a standalone, but you will be missing out on three great books each with a compelling story and red, hot romance.

I don't know whether I liked this book or not. I absolutely love Owen, but I just wanted to yell "leave him and Rachel alone already"! It was almost too much to read, the torture just kept coming. I love this series and will continue reading, although I hope the rest of it is easier to read!

I like the Reaper stories, but I found myself skipping past parts to get the action. I'm not particularly happy with the outcome, but I do like Owen and Rachel.
